From Ron Mitchell:

Gerry, I've used ADAMlink V with internal video at 2400 baud. No
loss of data, at least not that I noticed. Have used a null
modem setup between ADAM and Bill Gates to transfer text files
and various downloads etc. Com programs at both ends (IMP and
TELIX) were set to 19200 baud, and the transfer appeared to be
fast enough..... certainly faster than 2400 baud. Whether or not
it was actually 19200 baud I'm not sure. Have had others who
claim to know that the actual transfer rate under these setups
can actually be much lower than the nominally set rate, for one
reason or another.
